EUROTRAINING is a Vocational Training Center of National scope, which is certified by the National Certification Center of Lifelong Vocational Training an authority that is supervised by the Greek Ministry of National Education, Lifelong Learning &Religions Affairs. EUROTRAINING is specialized in the area of lifelong learning and vocational training and provides an integrated package of multidimensional services including consulting, vocational training, employment promotion and development of entrepreneurship. It is mainly specialized in the sectors of Entrepreneurship, Social economy, Tourism & Agricultural professions, Finance & Management and IT. Key Activities are modern vocational training programs (blending learning using ICT), web-based Learning Management Systems, human resources training seminars, inter- entrepreneurship training seminars. EUROTRAINING aims to satisfy the needs of enterprises, bodies & organizations both in the public and the private sector. It addresses the labour potential of the market targeting people who wish to upgrade their qualifications and abilities: the unemployed, newly employed, novice entrepreneurs, private and public sector employees, business executives as well as secondary and higher education graduates. EUROTRAINING has certified educational structures in Athens, Thessaloniki and Volos with modern designed educational rooms which are fully equipped with teaching aids, computers, continually updated software and hardware as well as internet access. EUROTRAINING aims to contribute to reinforcing of entrepreneurship. Thus, it has founded an Entrepreneurship Office which provides advice and technical support to trainees, who wish to establish their own enterprises, with special emphasis on social enterprises. EUROTRAINING, participating in the evolution of the educational procedure, has set up a remote asynchronous and synchronous system of distance training – www.emathisi.gr (e-learning) which provides the opportunity of training with access to educational material without requiring the physical presence of the students in the classroom. This method has been already used in the implementation of training programs such as e-Training, e-Engineering and goneis.gr as well as in many others business-to-business training programs. More than 1500 people have participated in these training programs.
